I’m going to be vulnerable for a moment here.

These past few months, I’ve been wanting to give up.

Even though a lot of great things have happened for me and my work, sometimes I still feel a little uncertain and lost.

But one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned over the years is HOW to give up.

Let me explain.

I often explain my journey of how I left behind a high-paying 9–5 job, the nice sports car and a brand new apartment to go pursue my dreams and then finally achieved it.

While it’s true that I gave all of this up to start the journey, I actually had to give up a lot of small things first in order to get to that point.

Most people think you have to make a crazy dramatic change to have great transformation in your life, but the truth is that it never happens all at once.

I was giving things up little by little.

I started to give up complaining.

Then I started to give up worrying.

Then I started to give up on doubting myself.

Once I started doing these things, it made room for me to be more curious and learn a ton of things that got me to where I’m at today.
